Weight Loss Support Group. Empty Weight Loss Support Group.

Hey!
Wasn't 100% sure were to post this one, so thought it'd go in the GC?
Basically thought we could have a weight loss support group for those mummies who are trying to loose weight!!

Yazz - Current: 135 lb Goal: 112 lb To Loose: 23 lb
Burchy314 - Current: 120 Goal: 110 lb To Loose: 10 lb
laree826 - Current: 146 lb Goal: 110 lb To Loose: 36 lb.

C'mon girls we can do it!! Very Happy

I want to loose like 10 pounds I think. But it will be so hard because I don't eat healthy Sad

should we post our current weight and our goal weight?
I think it might be a bit more motivating.
I'm 146 lbs right now, and I'm trying to get back to 110 lbs! soooo... 36 lbs to lose!

I give up to quickly. I have no one to work out with me so I just get lazy and once it hurts I stop lol.

Aaa 120 lbs is a good weight anyway! Aaa totally understand about the lazy thing, it's so hard to have moviation to exercise after running around after a baby all day! They should totally give mums free tummy tucks after giving birth!

Haha, I think celebrities get tummy tucks after their c-sections! At least, that's what I've heard. study

I'm not sure how much I weigh at the moment as I went way off track with my diet during the last week or so. I'd lost a stone and wanted to lose another stone, but I've probs put some of the weight I lost back on. I'm guessing I'm about 11 stone and I wanna go down to 9 and a half stone or something.

Love the idea of this thread. Might get me to go back to dieting and exercising properly!
